Subscription
I already subscribed but the app asks me to pay
Open the paywall and tap Restore purchases, or go to Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you subscribed with.
How do I cancel?
On iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Halcyo. On Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Halcyo. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or period ends to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel the subscription.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store. For Apple, use reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, request it from your order history in Google Play.
Sounds
The sound stops when my screen locks
Make sure the app is up to date and that Low Power Mode or battery optimisation isn’t closing it. On Android, allow Halcyo to run in the background in your battery settings.
How loud should the sound be?
Just below your tinnitus, so you can still hear both. This is called the mixing point. Covering the ringing completely isn’t the goal.
My tone doesn’t sound right anymore
Tinnitus can shift. Match it again in Settings → My tone → Match my tone again.
Your data
How do I delete my data?
Go to Settings → Your data → Delete all my data. This removes everything Halcyo keeps on your phone. Your purchase record stays with Apple or Google and RevenueCat so your subscription keeps working; to have it deleted, write to privacy@halcyo.app. See the privacy policy for details.
How do I change the language?
Go to Settings → Language. Halcyo is available in English, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Dutch and Polish.
